|Sound the Alarm|
Set up a Boundary Alarm near the Inggison Exit at the Whisperleaf Forest. Talk with Kestum, who appears when the Asmodians capture the West Outpost. Install a Boundary Alarm near the Inggison Exit as requested.
You were asked to install a Boundary Alarm to repel Elyos who interfere with the use of the Inggison Exit.
When you reported back after completing the mission, Kestum said that they can now concentrate on the offensive.

Positive reports are flooding in from our front lines all over Levinshor, in no small part to your efforts. The Elyos may have greater numbers, but their will is weak. Their blades are dull and their armor is thin. This is a battle they cannot win.
One last point of concern is the route that leads to Inggison at the Tidewash Cove. It isn't far from here, and the Elyos have been using it to ambush our troops as they arrive in Inggison.
I want you to set up a Boundary Alarm. It should repel any initial Elyos movements while giving us enough warning to react. They won't be expecting anything like it. We can use the disarray to quash whatever measly force remains.
Are our defenses installed?
You took longer than expected... perhaps we should have sent you with a manual. No matter. As long as the task is done, we've gained the upper hand.
With the alarm in place, we can make a push into Inggison. That should draw an Elyos attack directly into our explosive. If they won't meet us head on in the field, we'll continue disrupting their attacks like this. Seeing the confusion on their faces is almost more fun than defeating them in battle.
Mark my words. They won't be bothering us for some time after they realize any one of their patrols could stroll right into a bomb.
